The location was convenient, close to the centre. The staff were helpful. the cafe across the road offered a good breakfast. It was easy to find.

The stairs were steep. It would have been easier climbing mt everest. the bed linen had stains though it was clean.

An Okay Stay with Disappointing Service

rude receptionist stained bedsheets

The location proved convenient, given its proximity to many attractions.

I found some staff interactions rather unpleasant. One receptionist was quite rude about a key deposit refund. I also noticed stains on my bedsheets. There was even blood under the toilet seat when I arrived, ew.

The location was very convenient. it was a short walk from the central train station. the staff was friendly and helpful (they gave me some good tips on local spots). the room was clean. They provided fresh towels daily.

excellent location friendly staff helpful staff

the location is excellent. it is very close to the central train station. the staff was friendly and helpful. i found it perfect as a base to sleep while exploring all day.

the stairs were very steep. this made it difficult to carry luggage. i wish there was an elevator.
